Bouillabaisse - April 2022

When in Marseilles, you need to try the classic dish, bouillabaisse or fish soup. Besides the soup and its accoutrements, there is the presentation of the fish. Several types of fish were displayed on a platter for our approval. We were informed about the names of the fish. The taste was okay, not fishy, but not great. Some things you need to experience once. For me, it was bouillabaisse.
